1. Who we are and who can use the service

Estineo is online software for contractors, published by [to complete: company name and legal form] ([to complete: registration number (SIRET)]), [to complete: registered address]. The service is for businesses and independent contractors using it for their work, not for personal or household use. By creating an account you accept these terms on behalf of your business.

2. Plans and prices

Prices are in US dollars and do not include sales tax or other taxes that may apply.

The first 100 US customers get a founding member price (−20% for life), kept for as long as the subscription is not interrupted. The price of an active subscription does not change while it stays active. What each plan includes is shown on the pricing page.

3. Billing and automatic renewal

Payments are processed by Whop, our payment provider. There is no free trial for US accounts: you pay when you subscribe, in advance, every month, every 3 months or every year depending on the option you choose. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each period, at the same price, until you cancel. We email you a receipt for each payment.

4. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel at any time, online, from the billing page of your account, in a few clicks. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you already paid for; you keep full access until then. [to review: payments for the current period are not refunded] After the end of the subscription your account becomes read-only: your data stays available to view and export.

5. Your data

You own the data you put in Estineo (clients, jobs, estimates, invoices, photos). You can export it at any time from your settings, including after your subscription ends. [to review: how long data is kept after cancellation, for example 12 months]

6. AI features

Estimates, reminders and texts suggested by AI are drafts: you review them before anything is sent, and nothing is sent without your action. Totals and taxes are calculated by the software, not by the AI. AI suggestions are provided by Anthropic (Claude); see the Privacy Policy.

7. E-signatures, estimates and invoices

The service lets your clients approve estimates electronically and keeps the name, date, time and IP address of the signature as a record. You remain responsible for the content of your estimates and invoices, your prices, and complying with the laws that apply to your business (licensing, permits, sales tax, consumer rules for your own clients).

8. Acceptable use

Don't use the service for anything illegal, to send spam, to access other customers' data, or to disrupt the service. We may suspend an account that does.

9. Availability and liability

We take reasonable measures to keep the service available and back up data daily, but the service is provided "as is", without guarantee of uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to direct damages and capped at the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the event.
